Most financial planning is about buying tailor made investment products or letting experts invest on your behalf in the financial markets. But i don't believe in either. Tailor made products are mostly stuff you will never need and investing in the stock market is the same as gambling. But there are other ways to manage your money. And one thing i can guarantee you is that you will never lose your money. 

 

Is this service going to be free? Well no. There will be a small yearly fee. But you can always try out the free version and signup for premium only if you like it. But more details on that when i get this up and running. 

 

Now about qualififcations. I don't have any certifications like CFA or CFP, but i do have an MBA in Finance from IIM Kozhikode. I also don't have much experience in this field except for managing my own money. If you think having a qualification is important then this is not for you. But you are always welcome to try out the free version. 

 

When are we going to be up and running? My best estimate is December 2014. We should mostly be up and running before that. You can click on notify and we will let you know when we are live. In the meantime you can go through my blog. It is on finance and economics. It will give you a basic idea about what actually happens in the financial services industry.
